Create bookable services with a name, description, duration, price (optional — shown as informational at booking), capacity per slot (1 for a single chair or room, higher for group classes or tours), and an image. Organise into categories. Mark as featured to highlight your most popular services.
Set your availability
Open a simple weekly schedule editor — Monday through Sunday, with multiple time windows per day. Customers can only book slots that fall within your available hours. Your capacity settings prevent double-booking even when multiple customers are booking simultaneously.
Customer booking flow
Customers visit your website, choose a service, select an available slot, and confirm their details. Krubly validates availability in real time and prevents double-booking automatically. The customer receives a confirmation email with their booking details. A new lead is created in your CRM.
Manage your bookings
See all upcoming bookings organised by day — service, time, party size, customer details, and confirmation status. Cancel a booking to free the slot. Every booking creates a customer record so you build your contact list automatically.

Not yet included: calendar grid view (bookings display as a daily list), payment at booking time (price is shown but not charged at booking), customer reschedule requests, or Google Calendar sync. These are on the roadmap.

Yes. Krubly validates slot availability in real time and uses database-level protection to prevent two customers from booking the same slot simultaneously.
Can I set different availability for different days?
Yes. The availability editor lets you set different hours for each day of the week, with multiple time windows per day (e.g. morning and afternoon sessions with a lunch break).
Do customers receive confirmation?
Yes. Every booking triggers an automatic confirmation email to the customer with their booking details.
Can I take payment at booking?
Not currently — service prices are shown as informational at booking time. Payment collection at booking is on the roadmap.
What timezone does it use?
Currently Asia/Bangkok (GMT+7). Additional timezone support is planned.
