After 30 days, your CRM (leads, pipeline, orders) locks to read-only. Your published site stays live. Upgrade to Pro or Agency anytime to restore full access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Krubly is monthly billing with no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Will my price increase in 2027?
No. Customers on early access pricing keep their rate permanently. The January 2027 prices apply only to new subscribers. Your ฿999 or ฿2,490/month is locked in.
What's the difference between Pro and Agency?
Pro covers one business — unlimited sites, full CRM, custom domain, and all checkout methods. Agency adds multi-business management, white-label options, analytics dashboard, and multi-user roles.
Do you offer help building my site?
Krubly is self-serve — describe your business and the AI builds it in under 60 seconds. One-on-one build assistance is available on request as a separate service.
What payment methods do you accept?
Krubly subscriptions are billed by credit or debit card via Stripe. Your customers can pay via PromptPay QR, PayPal, or Stripe card payments on Pro and Agency sites.
