By accessing or using Krubly ("the Service"), ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Krubly offers a free tier with limited features including 100,000 AI tokens, basic CRM access for 30 days, and sites published at krubly.com/s/your-slug.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Agency) are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact hello@krubly.com within 14 days.
We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You own your content. All websites, text, images, products, property listings, and other content you create or upload through Krubly remain your intellectual property.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., publishing your website, serving product images to visitors).
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Krubly uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate website content, copy, and design suggestions. You acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Websites published through Krubly are hosted on our infrastructure (Vercel). You are responsible for the content displayed on your published site. We may display a "Powered by Krubly" badge on free and Pro tier sites.
Custom domains are available on paid plans. You are responsible for DNS configuration and domain registration with your domain registrar.
When visitors submit enquiries or orders through your published site, their data is stored in your CRM. As the site owner, you are the data controller for this information under GDPR. You are responsible for:
The Krubly platform, including its design, code, AI systems, branding, and documentation, is our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission.
Krubly integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krubly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krubly and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings. Upon deletion:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Krubly dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
